Image Upload Policy for Printing

At Weave West, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom t-shirts. To ensure that your uploaded images meet our standards and are suitable for printing, we have established the following image upload policy.

1. Image Quality

  • File Types Accepted: JPEG, PNG
  • Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI (dots per inch) for high-quality print. Images below this resolution may result in poor print quality.
  • Size: Ensure the file size is large enough for printing. Small or low-quality images may appear pixelated or blurry.

2. Copyright and Licensing

  • Original Content: By uploading an image, you affirm that you either own the rights to the image or have permission to use it for commercial purposes.
  • Prohibited Content: We do not accept images that violate any intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyrighted images, trademarks, or logos that you do not have permission to use.
  • LiabilityWeave West is not responsible for any legal issues that arise from the use of unauthorized images. Customers are solely responsible for any legal consequences.

3. Content Restrictions

We will not print images that contain:

  • Offensive or inappropriate content, including but not limited to:
  • Any images that violate local, state, or national laws.

4. Design Adjustments

  • Resizing and Placement: We may resize or adjust the placement of the image to ensure optimal print quality and fit.
  • Color Adjustments: Colors may vary slightly from what is seen on your screen due to the printing process and material used.
  • Approval Process: Before processing your order, we will send you a picture confirmation of the final design. Once you confirm this image, we will proceed with placing your order. No changes or refunds will be allowed after this confirmation.

5. Rejection of Submissions

Weave West reserves the right to reject any image that:

  • Does not meet our quality standards or content guidelines.
  • Is deemed inappropriate for any reason, at the sole discretion of the company.

6. Refunds and Returns

  • No Refunds: Custom-printed items are non-refundable unless there is a printing defect or error on our part.
  • Errors in Upload: If the image provided does not meet our quality or content standards, and you proceed with printing despite being informed, refunds or reprints will not be provided for poor quality or content issues.
  • Post-Confirmation: After you confirm the picture of the final design, no refunds, cancellations, or changes will be allowed.

7. Customer Agreement

By uploading an image to Weave West, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this policy. Failure to comply may result in the cancellation of your order without refund.
